see there is no upper age limit to appear in neet pg exams, however the eligibility criteria for neet pg is Candidates are required to possess MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognised by Indian Medical Council Act 1956, there is many candidates who take a break in career and then appear in neet pg exam to do post graduate course, now it depends on your current organization whether they would provide you study leave or not., I suggest you to discus this with the authority of the organization where currently you are working.
