You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category. In 2018 a candidate with rank 12576(Female) belonging to general secured seat in ECE in V R SIDDHARTHA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, VIJAYAWADA. The cut off rank for make general category for the same course was 8116. So if you are a female then you have decent chances of getting seat. To get free for general category candidates the rank must be below 10000. But you have a rank above 10000 so you will not get free seat.
