Thanks for your query. Your pessat rank that is 5700 is very high for computer science in PES university. Even after second round of counselling there is a slightest chance that you'll get civil or mechanical engineering in pes university as the cutoffs are generally very high.

I don't think you will get a seat in PES University. You can go for second round of counselling and he might get Biotechnology or Civil Engineering. Getting CSE or Electronics branch is highly impossible. This is because PESSAT is for admission in a single college and they have limited seats. Plus it is one of the premiere institute, so people are not willing to give up their seats. Anyways, hope for the best.
