A rank of 46000 is a bit low. The IIITs are institutions that are very high in demand. And with the competition increasing by the day, the rank needed to get into such institutions keepin increasing. Also the courses you intend to take will play a major role in deciding on your admission into such an institution.

Since you mention that you belong to SC category, the cutoff for you is a bit lower. That can be advantageous. But even then it would be a tough call, given that you are specifically looking at IIITs is Southern States such as IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Kanchipuram etc. These are universities that require higher marks in general. So I would suggest you to look at other options as well.
