IET lucknow is one of the prestigious college of UPTU and generally for most of the students,  it is always on the top of preference list while planning B. Tech from UPTU and your course,  computer science engineering is one of the popular course of engineering and usually the cutoff for IES Lucknow CS branch is under 1 k,  so your chances of getting admission in CS from IET is near to negligible,  because last year it's cutoff was 800.

It is very difficult fot you to get IET with computer science according to your rank bacause IET demands the cutoff around 1200. You can try in the counselling rounds till the end but I would suggest you to keep yourself ready with the other colleges also. I will first provide you the cutoff for the CSE branch of previous years for IET Lucknow for General category and then give you a conclusion.

In 2016, after Round 5-

Cutoff rank- 2701

In 2017, after Round 4-

Cutoff rank- 1016

In 2018, after Round 3-

Cutoff rank- 728

This year, three rounds will be conducted but I don't think you have a chance of getting CSE in IET Lucknow but you can surely get Chemical or Electronics branch.
