You have done well in the exam but as you mentioned colleges in U.P., I don't think so you will get some better college here.
With this much rank in SC Category, you are getting a lot of good colleges which has good placements records too. So, According to me you should try in that instead of taking some specific location college.
Just not on the basis of ranking, you should choose college. Try to give much preference to your dream stream also, which you want to pursue for four year.
So, you will surely get CS and other stream in these colleges.
