VIT does not release official cutoffs every year and thus we can't say a lot of things for sure but the previous year trends suggest that it is slightly hard for you to get CSE in VIT Vellore or Chennai. Usually the cutoff closes at around 7-8k but sometimes has reached till 15k. You can try getting in via management quota or you have a good chance of getting VIT Bhopal / Amaravati.
