Since your rank in VITEEE is 30k through which you comes under phase 2 counselling from which getting the chances of CS/IT at Vellore campus will be somewhat difficult because for these branches competition will be higher at vellore campus but yaah may be you will get CS/IT at Chennai campus with this much rank.
