i got 2,68,701 rank in jee mains so can i get seat in mvgr college

With 35453 rank you will get a seat in mvgr college, based on previous year cutoff. But you might not be able to get CSE branch in the institute as its last rank for general category was  11394. Rest off the branches are within range.
