It might be a bit diffucult for you to get the top 3 colleges of IPU at 5000 CET Rank considering you belong to delhi and are from open category.
But you can try your luck on spot round whoch happens after the 3 rounds are over or in the sliding round although if you only want top 3 colleges then keep it as your backup option.
