Your rank in B.Com (H) is not well, so it is a bit difficult to get a good ranked college. But there are some of the colleges you can get in this rank and are listed below

• Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education, Narela
• Raj Kumar Goel Engineering College, Hapur, UP

In my opinion you should prefer Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology.

Also you may get any other colleges whose seats may be vacant in spot round of counselling.
