It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.

As there are no official cutoff details available the predictions are based on the experiences and data given by other students.

There are only 1300 seats reserved for IAT Candidates in IISERs. With a rank of 7.8 K it is quite difficult for you to get into IISERs. You have a small chance of getting into Berhampur campus in the post allotment rounds but the chance is very low.
