I am sorry to tell you that at this rank , under the general category and as a Delhi domicile , you won't be able to get into VIPS with this ranks . A good rank for getting admission easily into this college ranges between 5000 to 6000 at most .

Do not lose your hopes there are several other good colleges that you can try .
