Admission through JAC is based on your CRL. What you have mentioned is your category rank. Please check the cut off for JAC participating colleges for admission to CSE. If you have secured the required cut off CRL then you may have chances of getting seat but if you haven't secured the required rank then the chances are difficult but the cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
