As you have secured SC rank 42124 in jEE mains 2019 which is not so good,so you have very low chances of getting admitted in NIT sikkim.

But you will make it to nit Sikkim if it's your home state NiT ie. You can get admitted in nit Sikkim with your home state quota for nits.

you have not described about your category in JEE mains. and i assume that the rank you described is under some category.

so talking about NIT sikkim i think you will get a seat in NIT sikkim and also you'll probsblly gets seat in more reputed NITS.

i suggest you apply for all levels of counselling. (i think for nits theyll be upto 8th or 9th rounds)
