Hi aspirant,

With 391 Marks in neet you have no chance to get government bds college in all India counselling. But have chance to get seat in some colleges in state counseling if you belong to ews catagory.

This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, etc. And this year cutoff goes very high.
