Hello ashish,
Your percentile is 93.6 so your rank is arround 55000 and at this rank there is no chance of getting seat of CSE or ECE in Nit goa as closing rank of previous year is 10587 for CSE and 18951 for ECE and your rank is not even close to this.
If yoy have interest in Cse or ECE you can look forward for lower NITs like srinagar, nagaland, Meghalaya.

Yes, given your percentile and you also belong to the OBC category, you do have a chance of getting seat in NIT Goa in ECE or CSE branch.
