According to the current system in BITS, there is no scholarship or fee concession given on the fees on the basis of the candidate's marks in BITSAT. Therefore, your son won't get any fee concession. However, every year, the college gives Institute Merit and Merit-cum-need Scholarship to its students. The details for the same are available on the link provided (refer pt. 4):
