As you also know that your son's score is quite low so his chances of getting any normal govt.college seat in India is impossible.
But, as he clears the cutoff marks according to neet 2019 results, so the only possible way is to go for management quota in any govt./private medical colleges in India. As,through management quota your son can easily geat a seat for mbbs or bds in any medical institution.

As your son marks is low for the government medical college if belongs to general or obc category then almost no. Have less chance if sc or st Category. Same situation for bds also.
