I think you can get seat in electronics and telecommunications in IET DAVV . you can also check other branches cut off also. Here is the link-

These are last year's cut off. These can change slightly up and down. So 100% is not guaranteed but since your rank lies in mid of the starting rank and closing rank so surely you would get it.

Ek aakhri question meri common rank 900000 hai aur st rank 37000 hai collage prvesh mai mene st select kia to wo opening and closing rank 37000-43000 aayi to yai st ki hai ki open ki and what you do can u help me there is some more questions to ask can u help me

I think it is CRL rank. Sorry, mistook it. At this link you can find category wise cut off for the college. But it do not seem to me that you can get admission there. Do not lose hope, try in it.
