Hi Krishna,
From the previous year cutoffs, you can definitely get BME or IP in SGSITS in first counseling.
If all goes well, you might get EI as well in the second round of counseling.
However, there is a provision for branch upgradation before CLC for those who have already taken admission in the 1st or 2nd round in which you may get upgraded to EI from BM or IP.
I don't think you will be able to get any branch in IET DAVV even in later rounds of counseling.
