My tnea general rank is 3759 and I am from general category. Can I get Aeronautical in MIT,Chennai or Mechanical in Psg?

Hello,
The closing rank for Aeronautical engineering at MIT was 1295 for the last year.
The closing rank for Mechanical engineering at PSG college of technologty was 761 for the last year.
You may not be able to get a seat in both the branches at the colleges you have mentioned.
