There are 3 types of refund which UPSEE is providing - Withdraw cases from round 1 to round 5 - If you have paid the counseling fees twice or more - If seat is not alloted to you. As per their official notice all the students which are falling under above cases fees is already refunded by them through SBI You can drop a mail to sbi.18957@sbi.co.in if you fall in above cases and your fees is not refunded.
