As per your rank 35181 category 2 not possible to get CSE in VIT . You can get other branch except CSE in Chennai campus. It can be possible in category 4 or category 5 only. That too it seems very difficult. Attend the first round of counselling and be cool. According to previous year cutoff of CSE it will reaches to 7000 only.
