my vitee rank is 50212,i am eligible for phase 2 counselling,can i get ece in VIT campus under category1,or CSE in amaravati campus under category 1?

With this rank there is no scope for category 2 or even category 3. You will be placed in Category 4th and in this category also ECE is pretty difficult. I am not saying that it is impossible as chances are there in category 4th.

Other than ECE you can easily get EEE, Civil, Mechanical and Biotechnology.
