In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank/ PMR ( Pharmacy rank in case of Pharma ) and not your category rank

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

With your 4734 pharmacy rank , considering your category as obc -A

On the basis of analysis of past year wbjee cut off data , you have a decent  chance in Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri

For example,

In 2020, in 3rd round of wbjee counselling, 5880 pmr rank for obc-A category was closing rank in B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical Technology for Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri
