It's a little difficult to get into government colleges through your rank in WBJEE but you can check out the semi government colleges like 

• BIET Suri 
• Dr BC Roy Engineering college Durgapur 
• Kolaghat Institute of Technology 

Apart from that you can also check out these colleges 

• Asansol Engineering college 
• CIT Kolkata 
• BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology 
• Netaji Subhash Engineering College 

You should wait for the subsequent rounds of counseling so you can get a good college.
