Unfortunately you cannot get any government collegr under B. Pharm at tgis rank. Cutoffs close within 20000 ranks for B. Pharm.

However you cn get engineering colleges for sure at this rank given below:

Asansol engineering college
Hemnalini memorial college if engineering
Swami Vivekanand Institute of Science and technology
Future institute of engineering and management
Camellia school of engineering and Technology.
