Ramya, there are as many 250 Engineering Colleges across Telangana that offer BE/B.Tech courses in various specialisations. Now the admission to all these courses is through JEE Mains/Advanced, TS EAMCET, BITS. There is no college that offers Direct admission. You will have to appear for any of the entrance examination. Most Private Engineering Colleges do have 70% of the seats as Government Quota seats and 30% earmarked as NRI seats. Now you need to atleast qualify in the relevant entrance examination even for admission under Management Quota. So just to answer your question there is no college that offers admission in BE/B.Tech by merit scored in 12th. Having said this, TNEA is a Counselling process conducted by Anna University for admission to Engineering Colleges of Tamilnadu. You can try there.
