Hi Mona Lisa it's alright if you have wrongly uploaded the picture in the NEET UG form , and you have a correction window now and you can edit your details in the form from January 14 2019 to January 31 2019 and if you have any difficulties I would suggest you to mail the controller of exam or call their toll free number. 1800118002. The admit card will be released by April 15 2019 and the exam is on may 5th 2019 and the results will be declared by June 5th 2019. Hope this helps..good luck. :)
