As per last year, with 340 marks your rank would be around 2 lakhs. The closing rank for free medical seat in telangana for SC category was around 1.2 lakhs. You almost have no chances to get a free medical seat (including A-cat) in telangana and also through all india quota. But you can try in management quota Or central/deemed universities. You even have chances to get a BDS seat in good college.
