You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for Haryana have been as follows:

General Category: 485

OBC-A: 494

OBC-B: 514

SC: 409

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year.  Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So with a range of 530-550, it might be slightly difficult for a seat in a Government Medical College. But if GMCs are not your sole target, 550-575 is an ideal score if you belong to General Category, But if you belong to Reserved Categories, 550 is a fair score for a seat in MBBS, BDS .
