It wouldn't be easy to predict the state rank from All India rank as the state rank depends on number of factors such as Number of students from a state taking part in counseling and performance of students in the NEET Examination.

Also the State rank would be clear to you only after the beginning of State counseling and preparation of merit list by the counseling committee of respective States.
