Hope you are doing great. According to official data from the Medical Council of India, a total of 41,388 medical seats will be made available to applicants through NEET 2020 at 272 government MBBS colleges, and 76,928 seats will be made available through NEET at 532 government and private colleges.

In NEET, there are no open seats. There is no free seat, whether you come in first or one hundredth. Government medical colleges like MAMC, for instance, charge lower tuition fees. Around 41 new medical colleges have received approval for MBBS admission in 2021 as of today (24 November 2021). Similar to this, in 2020, 3205 additional MBBS seats were added.
