Dear Aspirant,
If a candidate is unqualified in National eligibility cum entrance examination, though he or she can persue his MBBS degree from a foreign University of a foreign country.
He or she can definitely persue his MD or higher degrees from the foreign universities.
But he or she can not persue his or her higher degree from the Indian medical Colleges.
This is the sad reality.
This is the rule of Indian medical association.
