As per your question from NITs NIT Jamshedpur is best option rather than BIT Mesra.
As far as BIT is concerned the branches such as CSE or ECE is the best.
And if you didn't get the above options in the NIT Jamshedpur or BIT you can opt for IIITs from Guwahati, Vadodara,Surat,etc.
