Hello aspirant. On your rank you can get nit srinagar in special round which is very good at this rank. And you can get iiit and gfti which rank is low and fee is too much so i think nit srinagar will be good chioce. And which iiit and gfti you can get please check by clicking on the link below

as I Know in NIT whole tuition fees is fully free for students whose salary income is less than 1 lakh so

in IIIT, and GFTI

Aashish Kumar Nayak no fee waiver you have to pay whole fee and fee is too much for middle class people 3 to 4 lakh per year
