Hi,yes,if you have studied 7 years in Karnataka then you are eligible to write kcet. How ever, that 7 years include either 10 th or 12th standards as well. For example: if you have studied from 1 to 5 classes in Karnataka and then from 6 th to 10th classes in Andhra but again came back to Karnataka for 11 th and 12 th standards, you are eligible for KCET local quota since you are saying you have studied in Karnataka till 10 th, you would be eligible.
