Gowtham, for a Candidate belonging to BC Category, 600 marks might not be enpugh for a seat in AIIMS or JIPMER. But 600 will fetch you a seat in a Government Medical College easily. But whether 1 year preparation is enough or not for scoring 600 and above totally depends on your level of preparation and the strategies you follow.
