Option form is different for all rpunds as students can rearrange options as well as edit all options before each round counselling.
Since you have not freezed any colleges in CAP round1 and 2, you are now going for CAP Round 3.
If you have floated options from fjrst two CAP rounds, then those collehes will be cinsidered for upgrading in branch in 3rd round counselling.
