Community reservation is generally related to some specific area . Like if someone is sc or St in Westbengal he/she may not be sc or st in Tamilnadu . Every state has different criteria for their community reservation . So , definitely as they have studied MBBs from Tamilnadu they will get a state quota of Tamilnadu in PG but they may or may not get the community reservation .
