One thing I'm very sure about placement in CEG. if you are in top 5 student of class with significant practical exposure , then definitely you will be placed.

Software companies offers average salary of 6lakh and in 2014 one IT student got 11 lakh package.. that was a huge package offered which personally I know.

In overall placement of masters program in mechanical, electronics, electrical , computer department is quite good
