DAV college, PU chandigarh is affiliated to Punjab University, Chandigarh. It offers courses in undergraduate and post graduate courses like Bcom, bba, bda, etc.

BA in sociology is a three year full time graduation course divided into six semesters. In this you have to choose one subject sociology and other two subjects of your choice like physchology, political science, history etc.

Compulsory subjects are General English and History and culture of Punjab. Fees is around 25k. Admission is on the merit basis of 10+2 marks.
