Hello aspirant,

For taking admission in any IIT's in India, for post graduation course in Physics you have to appear for IIT JAM entrance test.

But according to eligibility criteria for IIT JAM to take physics in M.Sc. you need to have a Physics subject in a total duration of three years and a subject of Mathematics or Statistics for at least three years.

So according to the above criteria it seems you are not eligible for Physics M.Sc. in IIT's but you can try for biotechnology course.
