Hello Aspirant, IIIT  Guwahati and IIIT Bhubaneshwar are almost same. But In terms of faculty and course curriculum the IIIT Guwahati is better than IIIT Bhubaneshwar. But in terms of infrastructure IIIT Bhubaneshwar is better than IIIT Guwahati. You have to choose IIIT Guwahati.
