They send the second round entry letter by post. But, you will also get affirmation through online. In case you are out of town. Kindly, call at their office number. Dear Aditya, if you have provided your contact no# and email id, then the correspondence will be through an email. Please keep a tab on your mails for any notifications from the concerned exam board. Now that you can download your admit card online or make changes to the applications online, I dont see why you should not be communicated through email rather than a hard copy. Hope this helps!
