You cannot give PUCET exam in hindi as the medium of language to attempt the test is English only. Also as far as I know even if the mode of teaching (that is the way the professors and lecturers will teach you) might be hindi but the semester exams will be conducted in English. The PG fees will depend upon the stream and the college you get admission in.
