For IIT Bombay, the CSE branch cut off for SC category last year was 14 (SC rank). For IIT Delhi, the opening rank was 16 and closing was 31 last year. IIT Madras had opening rank of 13 and closing at 31. IIT Kharagpur had opening rank of 23 and closing rank was 47. Cut off varies every year. Check out the link below:
