Hi nikhil ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into your desired college with your desired branch.

Ipu closing cutoff ends at max of 60k and this is for non delhi candidate. But for delhi candidate the cutoffs end at max of upto 1lac to 1.5lac
But not more than that.

So with this rank you cannot get admission into ipu.
