Hello Priyanka I am sorry to inform you that your JEE mains percentile is very low you will not ever to get a seat in IPU college for BTech in CS or any other branch. With your score chances to CSE in IPU are quite less but yes there are some chances.
But yes you can get other branches there. Also, it depends on your 12th score too. Generally, they allow ranks under 2 lakhs in Jee.
